Return Policy

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of invoice for a full refund if items are in the following condition.
    • Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. A restocking fee will be applied if items are not in original condition and packaging.
    • Switchplates & Bath products must be in their unopened, sealed packaging
    • Items must include all original parts and components
    • Items must be returned undamaged
    • Items returned after 30 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only and must meet conditions stated above.
    • Items returned that are missing parts or packaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 40%. Based on the condition of the return, there is a possibility that a returned item may be refused.
    • Returns should be shipped with insurance and a tracking number. We cannot issue a refund for items returned that have been damaged or lost on the return shipment to our store.
    • This policy covers all standard items on this site. Any item marked as a custom order item may not be returned.
  • For any warranty issues on a product purchased through our store, please call or email our customer service.
  • Items received that have been damaged in transit should be reported upon receipt to our customer service. All claims need to be reported within 1 business day of delivery.
