A Preferred Online Partner must meet all of the Preferred Showroom requirements, only then are they certified to sell Baldwin products online.

What is the lead time for items not in stock?
A salesperson will call you if an item you order is out of stock with the date it is expected to be in. Normally it will be back in stock in 1-2 weeks.

Baldwin’s Lifetime Finish is exactly what it sounds like. It is a full warranty on the finish that covers all tarnishing, discoloring and pitting of any kind. A product in a Lifetime Finish will look the same in 100 years as it does today. Currently there are 3 Lifetime Finishes, Lifetime Brass, Lifetime Satin Nickel and Lifetime Polished Nickel.
